Adobe Photoshop 2023 "could not save preferences because the file not be found "

 Hello All, 

When closing Photoshop 2023 getting error message "could not save preferences because the file not be found" 

Navigate to the below folder and delete the shortcut icon as shown in the below image

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2023

Once the shortcut is deleted open Adobe Photoshop 2023 and make you preference anything required and click OK

Now close the Adobe Photoshop you will not see the error
